I would also suggest you to follow the below methods if the above didn’t help,
Method 1: Hardware and devices troubleshooter
This built-in troubleshooter can detect and fix most of the incorrect settings and errors that could cause issues with hardware devices. Refer to these steps to run this troubleshooter:
a) Press Windows key +F to bring up the search Charms bar.
b) Type Troubleshooter and press Enter; click on the Settings tab below the search box.
c) Click on the Find and Fix problems tile and then click on the View all button the left panel.
d) Click on the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and run it.
Method 2:
Uninstall and reinstall the camera drivers. Here are the steps to uninstall drivers,
1. Press Windows key + R key and go to Run
2. Type devmgmt.msc
3. Right click on the camera drivers and Uninstall it
4. Then I would suggest you to install the latest webcam driver from the manufacturer’s website and check.
