Coprocessor Driver Missing Windows 10

I have just noticed in the device manager of my new PC, under 'other devices', something called 'coprocessor' is listed with following status: 'The drivers for this device are not installed. Use the links on this page to download the latest version of Coprocessor drivers. All drivers available for download have been scanned by antivirus program. After you upgraded your system to Windows 10 from Windows 7 or Windows 8, you might find your computer run slowly. Then you checked for the driver status in Device Manager, and saw a device named Coprocessor with a yellow exclamation mark next to it. You have no idea what the device is and how to remove the yellow mark.

The model is dv6810us.
It is an HP Pavilion DV6000 but model # is dv6810us. The model number is from the tag & an hp scan also stated this as the model I have.

After installing Windows 8.1 Pro 64X I have no sound, no sound device is being recognized, sometimes the screen goes blank for a few seconds then comes back on with a message stating video driver stooped working and has recovered. It had sound when it was running Vista. I been going with out sound and trying trying to figure this problem out. Also there is no sound showing up under device manager.

It says ALTEC LANSING on the laptop where the speakers are but doesn't that just mean it has that brand of speakers correct?
On HP site it gives me 3 audio drivers to choose from if I select Vista as an operating system and 2 of the drivers are for conexant hd audio & the 3rd driver is for realtek. The Conexant drivers wouldn't install stating couldn't find device for driver but i finally got the realtek to install in compatibility mode for vista service pack 2 and I'm getting ready to restart pc like it's asking me to but I feel as though the problem isn't the audio device or driver but I could be wrong I never heard of a Coprocessor before and it's listed under Other Devices in Device Manager.
Hopefully the hardware lds above will help someone to help me find the driver for the Coprocessor because I was told it is what is causing my problems. Thank you all so much.

After driver was unpack it installed only network driver. I had to go to device manager and install driver manually by searching for it in c: SWSETUP SP45169 It. Now that what Windows 10 reminds you is that the Coprocessor is not installed, you may as well uninstall it in device manager and reinstall a new one to see this time if the Coprocessor is still missing on Windows 10. Windows 10 Coprocessor driver missing. It is my opinion, to you, compaq cq60 coprocessor can run bit or bit. HP recovery disks are a Fail Safe incase something goes wrong. This issue might occur if the driver related top Coprocessor is outdated or might be driver is not compatible on Windows 10.

You can fix this by updating your chipset drivers through the Device Manager,

Right-clicking the Coprocessor,
It will come down to figuring out the software. M audio 2626 firewire drivers. Use the router to select from up m audio 2626 52 audio streams and send them to any of the 26 hardware outputs.
Click on Update Driver.

If the issue persists, update the chipset driver from the manufacturer's website and check if it helps.You can try to reinstall the chipset drivers using the installation CD.
